About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join one of its portfolio companies, a consumer products manufacturing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy and growth, with a focus on both organic and inorganic methods.
This role involves transforming the business into a powerful platform, integrating and rebranding acquisitions, and utilizing financial and operational analytics, reporting, and controls to support the company's expansion.
The CFO will be a key leader in upholding and expanding the company's strong revenue and EBITDA growth, while also preparing the business for a planned exit in the next 24 months.
The ideal CFO for this role at the company will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in consumer products manufacturing.
A minimum of 15 years' progressive career success is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in accounting, private equity, and M&A.
The role demands a top financial leader with a proven track record in scaling a manufacturing company, and the ability to honor the company's past while leading it into a successful future.
The CFO will work closely with the private equity sponsor, which has a long history of transforming small businesses and a significant presence in the market.
