JOB OVERVIEW Gana-A'Yoo, Limited (GYL) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing corporate team! This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic executive to shape our financial strategy and drive operational performance. As Chief Financial Officer, you will ensure the economic health and growth of Gana-A'Yoo Limited and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Overseeing accounting and finance operations, financial reporting, cash management, internal controls, and statutory reporting. Managing financial reporting, statement preparation, and maintaining compliance with GAAP, FARS, and other accounting regulations. Providing leadership and direction to the Accounting and Finance team. Serving as a member of the executive team. Developing and maintaining accounting policies and ensuring purchasing controls are in place. Providing financial due diligence for merger and acquisition activities and corporate partners. Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process. Presenting financial reports to the executive team and board members. Providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team. Optimizing financial process systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Managing budget preparation on an annual basis. Collaborating with executive staff in driving financial operations strategy. Performing other duties as assigned. ABOUT YOU A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required. A master's degree is preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. Minimum ten (10) years of related experience with increasing levels of financial and accounting management. Experience developing corporate and subsidiary budgets. Experience with shared services cost models and establishing forward pricing. Expert experience with Deltek Costpoint software and Federal contract financial requirements. Familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards Boards Cost Accounting Standards. Familiarity with internal financial reporting requirements of a multi-subsidiary, multi-division organization.
