Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company and driving financial growth. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies, provide financial analysis and insights, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.Provide leadership and guidance in all areas of corporate finance, including budgeting, financial planning, revenue management, risk management, and financial reporting.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiencies.Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to achieve favorable terms.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and concepts.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Exceptional leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proficient in financial report writing and presentation skills.Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience.If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in corporate finance and a passion for driving financial growth, we encourage you to apply for this position.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Master's (Required)Experience:Fiscal management: 3 years (Required)Ability to Relocate:Milwaukee, WI 53233: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
