The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of human resources (HR) programs that support the Port and the Northwest Seaport Alliance's (NWSA) vision, mission and goals. This position provides proactive advice and counsel to the Executive Team for each organization in developing employee strategies that align with and drive the Port and NWSA's business.

The ideal candidate will be a strategist who operates with a results-driven, hands-on style. The salary range for this position is $178,140 - $285,012 annually with an anticipated starting salary between $196,839 - $231,576 depending on qualifications.
