Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfil their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

This role will be focused on boosting sales and awareness of dating product which is the fastest growing and top-grossing dating app for the South Asian diaspora across the US, UK, & Canada. Our vision is to empower the world to find love by building the best dating product experience for the South Asian market globally. We're an innovative brand within the South Asian community and thought leaders among influencers & tastemakers.
This is a fully remote opportunity, so you could be based anywhere, but the position requires US working hours or close to (+- 2 hours).
Your main tasks will be: Develop and drive the product strategy and vision. Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research and business objectives.Lead the product development process from concept to launch.Manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements, updates, and optimizations.Iterate on product features and functionalities based on user feedback, market changes, and emerging trends to maintain competitive advantage. We expect from you: Track record of building successful products with DAU > 100K.Proficient in working with BI & analytical tools such as Amplitude, Leanplum (CleverTap), etc.Previous experience in UI/UX.Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on potential impact.Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in user experience design.
