The successful candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader, responsible for defining and executing the global revenue strategy, including sales, marketing, pricing, and partnerships.
The CRO will work closely with the executive team, regional sales leaders, product managers, marketing teams, and customer success teams to ensure the success of the EAM and FSM solutions.
Key responsibilities for the CRO include leading a high-performing global sales team, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers, and identifying new market opportunities and product innovations.
The role also involves collaborating with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, and partnering with marketing and customer success teams to create and execute effective campaigns and programs.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a matrix environment, strong sales and leadership experience, and be prepared to represent the company and its EAM and FSM lines of business at industry events and media outlets.
