Title: Land Development Civil Engineer
Location: Dana Point, CA
Compensation: $110-150k DOE
Award winning, multi-discipline planning, design and engineering firm with over 65 years of serving clients in both the public and private sectors.
We maintain divisions that focus on civil engineering, urban design & planning, community planning, landscape architecture, transportation & traffic engineering, surveying, mapping, aerial photogrammetry, water resources, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and 3D laser scanning.
We are rapidly growing and looking to add a Land Development Civil Engineer in our Dana Point office.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and Manage land development projects - start to finishEnsure compliance with civil engineering standards and regulationsOversee project budgets and timelinesProvide technical advice and coordinate with other team members to ensure successful land development projectsProvide guidance, training and mentorship to junior engineering staffEnsure accuracy, quality and efficiency of engineering workMonitor project progress and make changes when necessaryCommunicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
Certified Professional Engineer (P.E.
), EIT also considered3+ years experience within Land Development Civil EngineeringFamiliarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D softwareAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressurePrevious experience in an office management capacity
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
