Civil Litigation Defense Lawyer

Our client, a well-established civil litigation firm, is looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join their team with a hybrid schedule.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling court appearances, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trial work, while also managing client relationships.
This position offers a salary range of $115,000 - $150,000 per year, a generous bonus program based on billing metrics, full benefits, comprehensive training and mentoring, flexible scheduling, and a partnership track.
The candidate must be a licensed California attorney with 1-5 years of civil litigation experience.
