ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care, Emergency & Specialty Services) South Bay is hiring Client Care Coordinators to join our team!
*Experience in the veterinary or healthcare field required*
Come join ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospitals in South Bay! We are one of the largest, most advanced, and progressive veterinary multi-specialty referral groups in So Cal. We are comprised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, & surgery!

Our Client Care Department consists of reception, specialty department coordinators, phone operators, and doctor's assistants. Each position differs slightly but all serve as a liaison between our medical team and clients - they are truly the face of ACCESS - and the care they provide our clients is as important as the exceptional patient care provided by our doctors.
Our new team member will:

- Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
- Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
- Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a medical or veterinary setting.
- Handle a multi-line phone system.
- A deep, genuine care for helping people
- Naturally empathetic and articulate communication
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with computer software

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with

a

hourly pay rate starting at$19 -$22 /hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
