What You Will Be Doing The Client Project Coordinator will support the partnership department with dedicated executive administration and streamline administrative and operational processes. This role will include frequent communication and interaction with clients and external collaborators to assist with business objectives.
Some of the Things You'll Be Responsible For: Act as representative of AGS regarding internal and external relations and correspondences, screening email communications.Ensure that the partnership department is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges.Assist the partnership department in tracking key operational metrics by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, and coordinating information retrieval.Independently perform special projects that require a combined knowledge of administrative needs, research, and technical operations.Respond to a wide variety of requests for research, information, policies and procedures, and executive action. Analyze needs and problems and determine approach and priority.Oversee client management and organization.Track internal and external contacts and maintain contact databases.Utilize efficient time management with the nuances of complex administrative assistance at the executive level.Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients, teams, and company information.Operate independently with minimal supervision.Provide back-up administrative support to other departments as necessary.What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role (Requirements) Background experience in marketing concepts and campaigns.Experience with Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Solid understanding of social media.Strong teamwork skills.A proven track record of assisting in sales goals and company KPIs.Successful background developing and growing long-term business partnerships; ability to deal with multiple issues, growing trust and solving problems.
