### Job Description

Kohl's is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a vital part of our client service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience and fostering positive relationships with our clients. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

- **Problem Resolution:** Apply critical thinking skills to assess client concerns and implement effective solutions. Monitor unresolved client issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution, demonstrating a commitment to client happiness.

- **Project Management:** Initiate and manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards. Collaborate with team members to track progress and report updates to management.

- **Communication:** Maintain clear and open communication with clients and team members. Provide regular updates on client projects, potential challenges, and successes to ensure transparency and accountability.

- **System Documentation:** Accurately document all client interactions and project details in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure that all records are updated and accessible to provide continuity in client service.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and to drive team success. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

- **Performance Metrics:** Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to client service. Prepare reports on service outcomes and client satisfaction levels, providing recommendations for enhancing client experience.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve service skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a client service, customer support, or related role in a retail or service industry.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:** Must be independent and dedicated, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility in all tasks assigned.

- **Soft Skills:** Strong critical thinking and project management skills are essential. The ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively is required.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM systems and other client management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
