**Job Description:**

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are driven, hardworking, and excel in a collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach.
- **Account Management:** Assist clients with account setup, modifications, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience and accuracy in account-related information.
- **Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking skills to identify, analyze, and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently, escalating issues as necessary to senior team members.
- **Communication:** Clearly articulate product information, updates, and procedures to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. Ensure all interactions are personable, professional, and meet company standards.
- **Documentation:** Accurately maintain records of client interactions and transactions, following internal protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve client service offerings and address client needs proactively.
- **Feedback and Improvement:** Actively engage in team meetings providing constructive feedback on processes and sharing client insights to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service techniques, and company policies enhancing your effectiveness in the role.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
