Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.2. Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on their accounts and gather feedback on our services.3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.5. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our products and services.6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures.7. Contribute to the development of new client service strategies and initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role.2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.3. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
