Nexus-Mille Lacs Family Healing, a Nexus Family Member, offers trauma-informed, family-centered, nationally recognized treatment for boys, ages 10-19, with significant mental health issues and harmful sexual behaviors.

Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise the management of clinical programming and directly related activities on site.
Function as a Nexus management team member with similar responsibilities across all sites.
Responsible for ensuring that all program policies, procedures and manuals are current, ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements and supervise compliance with clinical aspects of purchase of service agreements and other contracts.
Direct the provision of "component-specific" treatment elements on site.
Participate in the budget development process and retain responsibility for the budget in the clinical area.
Direct the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment units consistent with Nexus treatment philosophies.
Ensure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the field.
Participate in and support the ongoing selection, evaluation and professional development of staff.
Qualifications and Licensure:
Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field.
5 years supervisory experience required, preferably in a residential setting.
LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LPCC or equivalent level of licensure required.
Valid Driver's License.
