You will also:Assist with setup of AI/ML environments.Assist with setup access to data in the enterprise messaging system to reduce manual review on responding to questions and automatically extract and tag important data.Maintain systems and applications in the Organization's cloud environmentOptimize operational efficiency of systems and applications in a cloud environment.Work to ensure security compliance within the cloud infrastructureDesign, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions for optimizationMaintain cloud-based solutionsDeploy and debug cloud stacksEducate teams on new cloud initiatives.Maintain the security of the cloud infrastructure REQUIRED SKILLS: Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support to production systems to include troubleshooting.Cloud platform administration such as Amazon Web Services.Configuration and infrastructure management of technical components, including hardware, software, and data.Developand continuing improvement of automation and procedures scripts.Analyze and support cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services.Monitor system performance and recommend corrective action.Document cloud environment and maintain the documentation.Infrastructure-as-code software such as Terraform or Ansible.Scripting languages such as Python.Linux or Linux Administration.Software version control management such as GitHub.Application build pipelines such as Jenkins. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLSObtaining authentication and accreditation certification for systems with highly sensitive dataComplying with regulations and policies regarding systems integration with external services (such as access control or auditing), patching and maintaining current versions of software, outageReporting, accessibility requirements, internal-use software reporting, or auditing.Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or SharePoint.Excellent customer service.Briefing technical topics to a non-technical audienceOperating within the life cycle management process when implementing changes in technologyEffectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Excelling both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment and security best practices.Problem-solving skills.Oral and written communication skills.Strong leadership abilities and experience juggling competing priorities.
