Job Summary:
The Co-Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to lead store operations, manage staff, and drive sales.
You will play a key role in creating a positive store environment, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Help manage inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales and store performance.Oversee visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store layout aligns with brand guidelines.Collaborate with the Store Manager on loss prevention strategies to protect store assets.Sales Leadership:Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Motivate and guide the sales team to meet individual and store-wide sales goals.Analyze store performance data and suggest action plans to improve conversion rates, average transaction values, and overall sales.Customer Experience:Ensure exceptional customer service by providing training and guidance to staff.Address customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive resolution to maintain customer loyalty.Collaborate with the Store Manager to create strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive repeat business.Staff Management:Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet performance expectations.Help schedule shifts and manage team productivity to ensure smooth operations during all business hours.Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.Financial Accountability:Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and expenses.Ensure all cash-handling and point-of-sale processes are followed accurately and efficiently.Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Co-Manager, or Supervisor in a retail environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with sales data analysis and ability to make informed decisions to drive performance.Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.What We Offer:
