Are you ready to go beyond?What You Will Do Pratt & Whitney, a recognized leading producer of the world's most advanced commercial and military turbine engines, is seeking students to join our organization in an internship capacity during the summer of 2025.
The Integrated Business Planning team within Pratt & Whitney includes functions such as Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Engine & Module Assembly.
These professionals within the organization plan for material requirements in support of production processes, planning new engine assembly, and forecasting spare part requirements.
Additionally, they are engaged in various processes facilitating the delivery of engines, the continuous improvement of processes, and activities involved in the Sales & Operations Process.
They work both in the office cross-functionally, as well as hands on engaged on the shop floor, supporting operations.This unique program led by experienced professionals will ensure that our interns are learning, mentored, and intertwined with the organizations they support by having substantial work and projects.

This role is:Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.This role is a U.S.-based role.
