Cincinnati State is looking for a pleasant and friendly Front Desk HR Clerk to join our team!
As a Front Desk HR Clerk, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office.
As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.
Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.

Job Description: First point of contact for all visitors to the HR Office and ensures each visitor is greeted, checked in, directed appropriately to the necessary team member. Answer the HR main line for in-coming calls.
Screening and transferring calls, and taking requests for information. General office duties: copying, faxing, shredding and scanning. Collecting and delivering internal HR mail to the CState mail room. Organizing and labeling of files. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Qualifications: Must be eligible for Federal Work Study Highschool diploma or GED required Students must be reliable, accurate, flexible, team player and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as requested by the Associate of Human Resources. Students must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high degree of professionalism. Dress Code: Professional Casual.
Minimum Qualifications: The hiring of student workers by Cincinnati State is premised on eligibility guidelines for federal work study employment.
Eligible applicants must be high school graduates or have attained a GED.
Additionally, eligible applicants for work study positions must be at least 16 years of age on or before the date of hire.
Eligible students must: Have completed a FAFSA for the current school year. Meet and continue to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. Be a United States citizen or eligible non-citizen. Demonstrate financial need. Be an active student at Cincinnati State.
Hourly Pay: $15.00 per hour
Location: Clifton Campus - HR Department
Work Hours: Part-time, no more than 20 hours per week Monday - Thursday between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm.
Students may not work during their scheduled class times.
