We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager, FP&A will direct and control day to day financial planning and analysis activities in the Americas Aftermarket.
This position will also provide insightful financial analysis to the Americas Aftermarket leadership team which identifies corrective actions required and drives timely business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Key contribtutor to enhance Americas Aftermarket level reporting tools and formats for routine commercial finance reporting of Actuals results (month end close), Budget, and monthly Forecasts.
Champion and enhance "full channel" and product line reporting and profitability analysis. Support the financial modeling of commercial business cases. Presenting executive summaries in leadership presentations Perform monthly tracking of win costs related business cases and monitor ROI and sales achievement. Support Daily Sales Reporting Support the Americas Aftermarket, Sr.
Manager and Finance Director with day-to-day FP&A activities. Provide support to financial projects both at the Americas level and in the Regional Aftermarket and Manufacturing locations.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of relevant financial and analytical experience.
Extensive financial analysis experience is businesses of similar size and complexity. Automotive experience highly desired, but not required. Demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, change management and influencing skills.
Demonstrated and effective communication and relationship building skills at all levels in an organization. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Power BI is required. OneStream, Hyperion or similar Business Intelligence systems experienced, a plus.
