Commercial Litigation Associate

Kinney Recruiting is working with a national law firm to find a commercial litigation associate for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience.
Must have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to:
Conducting preliminary investigations and responding to discoveryPreparing pleadingsTaking depositionsParticipating in mediationDrafting dispositive motions in state and federal courtExtensive communication with clientsMust have excellent academic credentials and an active California bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. The base compensation is $225,000 to $255,000.
