Robert Half, one of FORTUNE's World's Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring for a Communications Specialist to join the Corporate Communications department.
The Communications Specialist will take on a variety of tasks and contribute to projects related to internal corporate and executive communications.
The role collaborates with colleagues across the global enterprise.
What You'll Do
* Create written and visual communications that engage and inform internal audiences, including memos, newsletters and occasional intranet content
* Draft presentations and scripts for internal meetings and events; strong PowerPoint skills are a huge asset in this position
* Organize library of communications resources, including templates, photos, presentations and company information
* Act as project manager for various corporate and executive communications initiatives, such as employee recognition and newsletter content
* Gather metrics and other KPIs for internal communications channels
* Engage with content, internal communications, events and media services teams on special projects and deliverables
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
* Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred (experience in corporate communication a plus)
* Strong writing and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
* Capacity to respond quickly and confidently to sometimes urgent need for quality communications
* Excellent PowerPoint skills
* Experience working with platforms including Canva, Sharepoint, Viva Engage and email delivery systems a plus
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills a plus
* Skill in organizing team projects and assets
* Positive attitude and professional demeanor with a responsive, service-oriented mindset
* Desire to effectively operate within a team environment - readily share information with colleagues and embrace the give and take of responsibilities that regularly occurs
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00

The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week.
A new hire earns up to 17 days of CTO per calendar year.
Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays per calendar year.
We also offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees.
