ABOUT THE COMMUNITY

Nord Gardens is a student housing community located in close proximity to CSU campus and dowtown Chico.

What is a Community Assistant? A Community Assistant helps ensure our residents have the best possible experience at Nord Gardens — one of healthy living, academic success and a spirit of community. They also assist the Community Director in marketing campaigns, leasing efforts, resident events and communicating with parents. We are hiring now for a permanent, part-time (20 + hours per week) position starting ASAP!

The IDEAL candidate will have the ability to communicate professionally with tenants and their parents as well as co-workers; answer phones, assist with rent collection, data entry and other paperwork as needed. They will provide support in the leasing and marketing activities, inspections of move outs in the summer and assist with planning and hosting community events.
