Job summary
The Compensation Analyst rolesupports the Celonis people and management teamsin providing compensation support.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Perform job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and data collection• Analyze base salaries and incentives for internal equity and legal compliance• Provide analysis and counsel on compensation programs and initiatives• Implement process efficiencies and assist with salary administration• Compile salary survey data, perform market pay system maintenance• Address day-to-day compensation matters and maintain HR data integrity• Assist with HR projects, programs, and special assignments• Develop and maintain complex Excel reports for data analysis
Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of compensation experience at a global company preferred• Proficiency in compensation theory, principles, and practices• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical abilities• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Good judgment, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct• Previous experience with Workday is a plus• Bachelor's degree in relevant field• Certifications in compensation or HR practice preferred
Key Skills Needed
