As a Complex Director of Business Travel Sales and Specialty Markets with Hilton Hawaiian Village and Waikoloa Village, you would be responsible for representing the services and facilities for both properties, to prospective business travel sales clients and customers within the local and national market.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Building and establishing relationships with local transient clientsResponding to leads via proposals for National RFP accountsResponding to local corporate leads from potential clients and current customers seeking sleeping rooms and/or food and beverage servicesCreating relationships and establishing contracts with LNR/CNR AccountsInitiating new sales, prospecting and qualifying leads, and soliciting potential clientsHosting and entertaining clients and maintaining client accountsConducting property site visits and answering questionsDetermining rates, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and servicing accountsDeveloping sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goalsPartnering with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accountsIn this role, you will also be responsible for Military/Government and airline crew.
