What you'll be doing as a Concrete Demolition Worker: Safely tear down various structures using hand and power tools.
Remove debris and hazardous materials in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
Sort and recycle reusable materials.
Operate machinery such as forklifts, bulldozers, or excavators, if qualified.
Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.
Communicate and work effectively with a team.
Clean and prepare construction sites for new work, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Operating a SKID Steer a plus - experience Drilling into a swimming pool is a plus Using a Jack Hammer is a plus.
Experience demoing concrete floors is a plus.
Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Previous experience in demolition or construction is preferred, but not required.
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Flexibility to work on-demand and adapt to varying schedules.
Valid driver's license is an asset.
