As the Conference Coordinator & Lead (m,f,d), you'll oversee the logistics and coordination of conference activities across multiple educator conferences throughout the year. In this role, you will work closely with conference presenters and the Trade Show team to document equipment needs, manage logistics, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution.  Join us to make a meaningful impact in delivering successful conferences that inspire and empower our audiences. Equipment CoordinationWork with speakers to document and fulfill equipment needs across national and regional conferences.Coordinate with the Trade Show team on-site logistics, delivery, and pickup plans to ensure seamless operations.On-Site Support & LogisticsProvide on-site support, overseeing equipment setup and managing session logistics to ensure each event runs smoothly.Team Coordination & Training Source, train, and manage local conference specialists to support event execution.Collaborate with the Trade Show team on high-priority conferences and sessions utilizing TI technology.Loan & Order Management Manage and execute loan requests, including accurate data entry, customer correspondence, and product retrievals.Coordinate with the Back-Office team to ensure timely resource availability for peak support periods.Resource Allocation & Travel Travel to various conference locations to provide hands-on support and coordination.Ensure flexible resource allocation and manage additional support required prior to conference dates.You are skilled in:  Organizational & Logistical Expertise Strong organizational skills to manage equipment logistics and scheduling for multiple conferences simultaneously.Proven experience in coordinating events and managing logistics in fast-paced environments.Communication & Team Leadership Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with conference presenters, colleagues, and local specialists.Strong leadership skills to motivate and empower team members, ensuring successful colla-boration and execution.Problem-Solving & Adaptability Strong problem-solving skills to manage last-minute requests and adapt to changing circumstances during conferences.Ability to think quickly and prioritize tasks effectively in dynamic environments.Technical Proficiency Proficient in MS Excel, with skills in using basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNTIF), creating charts, and tracking data with pivot tables. Travel Readiness & Flexibility Willingness to travel to multiple conference locations, providing on-site support and coordinationFlexibility in managing resources and staffing requirements based on conference needs. You bring with you:  Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in event coordination or a similar logistics role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple conferences and logistical challenges simultaneously.Technical proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, scheduling, and reporting purposes.Results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking to streamline conference logistics and improve process efficiency.A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and handling on-site challenges with composure.
Fluency in English (C2 level)Responsibility: Take ownership of critical technical challenges with autonomy and direct impact on customer satisfaction.
