Job Description Kinetic Events is accepting applications for a full-time Event & Project Coordinator. This position is primarily remote but there will be some office time scheduled as well. About us We are a 'boots on the ground' customer service staffing agency. Companies call us when they are launching a product, or an app, or a liquor brand. We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA and have four offices around the country. Many of our clients focus on consumer tech, gaming, movies, festivals, and emerging industries. We work on behalf of agencies and directly with brands across a wide variety of events and program styles.

The Role The primary role of the Event & Project Coordinator is to take a proactive role in delivering programs and events by sourcing, training and managing field staff for our client projects. You will be a key member of the team and integral to the day to day delivery of projects, managing our staff and reporting directly to our operations manager.
Responsibilities Understand the unique nature of each program and apply best practices in staffing and project management. Deliver field staff requirements against the briefs provided covering staff selection, budget compliance, geographical location, relevant experience etc Participate and where necessary manage staff training programs to expectations of clients Process staffing registration, payroll on-boarding and project payroll for all live projects Manage any logistics and support service required for campaign delivery Highlight any foreseen problems with project delivery at the earliest opportunity Demonstrate an understanding of the wider internal and external environment impacting the business. Contribute to a fun working environment and help all team members realize their full personal and professional potential. Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required by the business Skills and experience Bachelor's degree or higher. Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with people Excellent listener and communicator, with great organizational and troubleshooting skills. Experiential agency or promotional staffing agency experience. Strong people management skills. Excellent organizational skills. Tech savvy with basic online platforms Offer Annual Salary: $48,000 - $58,000/year to start, DOE Benefits offered at 90 days Paid-Time Off up to 20 days per year Job Type: Full-time
