We are seeking passionate, ambitious, and creative interns for our 2025 Construction & Engineering Internship Program. What you will do:
Support the construction and engineering team in day-to-day operations, focusing on optimizing resources, enhancing processes, and ensuring timely project completion.
Collaborate across teams to bring innovative ideas to life, contributing to strategies that improve margins and customer commitments.
Leverage automation tools and explore AI applications to streamline workflows and increase efficiency, with a focus on driving operational improvements through technology.
Develop reports and presentations that analyze project performance, cost, and efficiencies, utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Gain hands-on experience with key software tools, including MS Teams, MS Project, and PowerBI, while learning the technical and operational nuances of telecom construction and engineering.
Contribute fresh perspectives on technology, innovation, and process improvement, bringing Gen A/Gen Z insights into the fold to challenge the status quo.

The skills you bring:
Degree types: Construction, Engineering, Math, Science, Business, or Psychology (we value diverse perspectives to help tackle complex challenges).
Must-have skills: Expertise in MS Teams and Excel, with experience in PowerPoint and a willingness to quickly master PowerBI.
Automation Focus: Interest or experience in automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with AI and its applications in operations or engineering will be highly valued.
