Hinckley Allen is seeking a mid-level associate to join our team of attorneys representing construction and commercial litigation clients in all facets of their businesses, including contract advisement, claims, litigation, and arbitration.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial.
Admission to New York Bar required.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative, sophisticated and team-oriented work environment.
Must have excellent writing and oral communication skills, along with an excellent academic record.
Must also be highly motivated and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 $170,000.
The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs.
