CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EXPERT - WORK FROM HOME - Salary $25 to $30 per hour!!!
ABCOMaintenance is looking for a senior level Construction Materials Associate with expertise in materials purchasing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R and roofing.
The ideal candidate will have a expert knowledge of the construction/maintenance industry and would consider themselves an expert in these areas. Specifically, we need someone who can view the specs of a construction job and be able to create a list of the materials/parts/etc. needed for the job.
This is an opportunity for someone to use their construction experience and foresight in many different building projects.

Job Description:
+ MUST HAVE 5 years+ construction skilled trades - Do not need experience with all trades but the more the better (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.)
+ Purchase and order parts required for construction projects.
+ Ability to identify parts from photos
+ Capability to formulate a list of parts and material needed based on work order information

Job Requirements:

+ Experience working for a building materials supplier
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills
