What the job involves:
As a Construction Project Management Intern at JLL, you will be directly responsible for supporting a project management team to deliver challenging projects within the retail portfolio for one our largest clients in Financial Services.
Being forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role.
Your interest in construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.
As a Construction Project Management Intern at JLL, you will:
* Assist the Project Management team in managing scope, schedule, budget, vendors, contracts and risk within fast paced, high volume initiatives.
* Maintain project documentation including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
* Support projects financially and administratively throughout its lifecycle, including reviewing budgets, vendor proposals, and invoices, and ensuring adherence to vendor agreements and financial processes.
* Collaborate with the project management team to create presentations, budgets/financial documents, and other project deliverables, leveraging project management technology and tools as required.
* Conduct research and host interviews with potential vendors to be a value add for the account.
* Attend weekly on-site meetings taking detailed meeting minutes for manager's review.
* Participate in all (30) programs designated as part of the internship curriculum.
* Ability to interact with internal and external clients professionally in a high-energy environment.

* Application review will begin November 4th, 2025.
* Dates: June 2nd, 2025 - August 8th, 2025.

Education, Skills, and Experience:
* Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field related to Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or Construction Technology with an anticipated graduation date of Dec '25 or May '26
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service and presentation abilities.
* Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and creative mindset, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
Permanent US work authorization required.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
8,800.00 - 10,400.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
