Construction Project Manager

I have a full time opportunity in Islandia, NY for a Junior Project Manager/Coordinator to join a growing team.
This role requires excellent leadership abilities and effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Duties Assist with various phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Assist with project plans and schedules using tools such as EsubCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on the construction site.Learn to review and help interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the project. Qualifications Fundamental knowledge of project management and project coordinator skillsKnowledge of construction industry and Esub is a plus!Proficiency in project scheduling softwareExcellent blueprint reading skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
