Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager to oversee a large building renovation and site work project located in Montauk, Long Island.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Pre-construction efforts in designCoordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete each project on timeMonitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the projectProvide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety and qualityEnsure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanshipCommunicate directly with the client Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
Qualifications:

The range provided is the salary that the Firm, in good faith, believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate's qualifications and location.
- Compensation: Minimum: $150,000; Maximum: $180,000.
