Responsibilities - Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications. - Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely execution of tasks. - Utilize construction management software such as BuilderTrend to track project progress and maintain documentation. - Develop and manage project budgets, contracts, and timelines while ensuring compliance with all regulations. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards. - Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any potential risks or delays. - Implement time management strategies to optimize productivity across all phases of the construction process. Qualifications - Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques and project scheduling methodologies. - Familiarity with BuilderTrend or similar project scheduling tools is preferred. - Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog is highly desirable. - Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. - A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
