WHY YOU WANT THIS OPPORTUNITY You are the expert on the Estimating team when it comes to estimating projects in the $100 million + range.Collaborate with seasoned executives and operations teams with a track record of managing billions in projects.You are well-equipped to take on the role of lead authority in civil and structural estimating for one of South Florida's premier construction firms. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field, with substantial relevant work experience.Ability to collaborate with Architects and Engineers to provide structural design solutions.Experience in representing a company in value engineering and budgeting for structural aspects of new construction projects.Expertise in preconstruction and design-build processes for large scale transportation, aviation, and heavy civil projects over $100 million.Proven ability to report to senior management and work effectively with a support team. ABOUT THE COMPANY A Florida-based construction firm specializing in Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Government projects.
