Required Technical Skills: Primary Skills: Strong proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and implementation. Experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM Payroll Compensation and Talent Management. Expertise in Workday report writing and development of custom reports (Advanced Matrix and Composite). Proficient in Workday Studio Integration Cloud EIBs and Workday calculated fields. Handson experience with Workday security configuration and business process design. Strong understanding of Workday data migration and data conversion processes. Familiarity with Workdays API and web service integrations (SOAP REST). Secondary Skills: Experience with Workday Financials is a plus. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex Workday configuration issues. Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
