Job Description:

Ripple is seeking a hardworking and reliable Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with little to no experience in the field. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the contact center.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and efficiently- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality service- Assist with data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks as assigned- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery

Requirements:- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude towards teamwork- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be able to work full-time in Fort Worth, Texas- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
