Job Description:
Allstate is seeking a motivated and hardworking Contact Center Manager to work from home in Austin, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in contact center management.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of contact center representatives remotely, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction- Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement- Train and coach contact center representatives on best practices and company policies- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in contact center management- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred- Proven experience in contact center management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and research skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment- Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
