Job DescriptionA client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist.
Position type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote
Description: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MSP contingent workforce programs (US, Canada & LATAM).In conjunction with our MSPs, drive program support, adoption, and optimization.Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on our policy and processes in order to ensure program efficiencies and compliance.Work closely with our MSPs to ensure their deliverables and SLAs are achieved, relationships throughout the program are positive, resolve issues and escalations.Work closely with engagement managers to understand business challenges to help inform decision making.Analyse data to ensure a program of continuous improvement.Review supplier performance via scorecards and make recommendations regarding supplier optimization.Support SAP Fieldglass operations at the administrator level.Respond to audit requests pertaining to various Fieldglass functions and provide reporting.Provide optimization of the various systems that support our program.MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Bachelor's degree.Experience in contingent workforce programs with increasing responsibilities.Experience with staffing, independent contractor compliance and payrolling (all three areas preferred).Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) and a vendor management system (VMS), SAP Fieldglass strongly preferred.Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to contingent workers.Exceptional analysis of data and attention to detail.MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Contingent workforce program management, SAP Fieldglass administration and MSP program management.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: Between $30 per hour and $35 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
