Contract Data Analyst - Product Performance

Our client a leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry is looking for a Contract Data Analyst Product Performance based in Indianapolis IN. The ideal candidate will join the Diabetes Care Manufacturing Product Performance team as a Manufacturing Systems Analyst . In this role they will manage essential manufacturing software analyze data for process improvements and work collaboratively to enhance system performance within a Life Sciences environment. Key Responsibilities Application Management : Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing software (COTS) applications. Data Analysis : Develop reports analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes. Technical Collaboration : Work with IT teams on systems such as Active Directory SQL Oracle VMware Cisco; manage ServiceNow for incident and change management. Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification. Support : Aid teams in managing complex system structures and interfaces. Qualifications Education : Bachelor s in Math Engineering IT or related field. Experience : 2 years in manufacturing systems support ideally in Life Sciences. Skills : Proficiency in SAS or data analysis tools strong troubleshooting and effective communication. Preferred : Experience with ServiceNow networking fundamentals and lab data systems.
