Solomon Page is seeking a contract recruiter for 3 to 6 months, it is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two days remote in Rockville, MD. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives. This is a hybrid role that requires the recruiter to be onsite for three days a week and allows for remote work for two days. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and onboard top talent to contribute to our cutting-edge projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and align with company values. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong background in recruiting for nuclear engineers, systems engineer, mechanical engineers- highly technical roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
