Sr Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Leader to join our team in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategy. This role will involve overseeing the HR functions of our organization, ensuring the implementation of effective HR practices, and fostering a culture that supports our business goals.
\n Skills / Qualifications Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a post-graduate degree is preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 7 years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team.
Proven experience with HRIS systems; experience with HRIS migration is a significant advantage.
Certifications:HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus but not required.
Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
