E-Zee Milking Equipment is seeking to hire a full-time Controller / Director of Finance who will perform and lead all financial operations, ensure the accuracy of financial statements, and prepare financial reports and dashboards to drive effective decision-making companywide. The Controller / Director of Finance will work closely with the CEO to support and advance his leadership with strategic recommendations based on real-time financial data. The ideal candidate will have strong servant leadership and analytical thinking, and will work collaboratively across the organization. The ability to identify and resolve accounting issues and a strong attention to detail are essential to the role. A successful Controller / Director of Finance will demonstrate and strengthen the values and mission of E-Zee Milking Equipment, LLC.
Controller / Director of Finance position qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a lead accounting role, required.
Demonstrated proficiency with technology, required; aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, strongly preferred; or related experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
CPA licensure desired, but not required.
Demonstrated community involvement, a plus.
