Finance Director

Overview
We are recruiting a Financial Director for a growing manufacturing company that builds composite products for Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Marine applications worldwide.
We need someone with exceptional accounting skills who can also oversee the many important financial functions of a multi-site UK manufacturing business. They will be commercially aware, able to provide financial analysis and guidance, and build relationships with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will enjoy hands-on work with daily accounting tasks while also being able to see the big picture. They will be comfortable working in an open-plan office environment with transparent performance objectives and results.
Duties

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals
Lead the finance team in managing financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Provide guidance on financial planning, cost control, and cash flow management
Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for all stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fully-qualified accountant
- Experience in manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
