Ensure monthly account reconciliations are performed accurately and timely. Assist CFO with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Assist with various reporting agency requests (AHA, CMS, etc.) Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards. Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company objectives. Monitor and evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk. Participate in the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and manage one Sr. Accountant. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
