Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a part-time Cook (.56 FTE) to join our Culinary Services department!
The successful applicant will cook meals to order for patients according to their prescribed diet, quantity cooking for the Eatery soups and specials and prep work.
This position will also be cross trained as an Eatery Cook.
Both positions share responsibility in maintaining and cleaning the kitchen and Eatery.
All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.
Hours:
Weekdays2:30pm-7:30pm; Must be available to work some Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age Willing to complete a food safety training course Preferred Qualifications: 1+ months related experience in a restaurant or dietary capacity Other Qualifications: Ability to understand and apply the principles of diet restrictions and food allergens.
Ability to apply concepts of basic math, knowledgeable in basic food service equipment operation, safe food handling and sanitation.
Working knowledge of portion sizes, ability to calculate figures and amounts such as recipe conversion, weights and measures, discounts, proportions, and volume.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High degree of personal hygiene.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient information.
Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards.
Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
Work Schedule: .56 FTE - 45 hours per biweekly pay period Every 3rd Weekend and Holiday rotation, as needed Not seasonal employment, must have availability to work at a .56 FTE year round ABOUT WESTERN WISCONSIN HEALTH
