Description:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Performs a variety of tasks in the preparation of meals, interprets recipes, cooks and assembles large volumes of food for the cafeteria, patient, and catering meals.


Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school education or GED equivalent preferred.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One year experience as a cook required.
May substitute for years of experience if graduated or currently enrolled in an accredited Culinary School

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED highly preferred.
Serve Safe certification preferred.
