Title: Copywriter Work Location: Centennial CO 80111 Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Remote Job Description: Client Card Services the consumer card division is seeking a Copywriter to join our communications team. Client Card Services issues and manages credit and debit cards for Client customers. The communications team is responsible for the implementation of customer servicing communications and interfaces with every area of the credit business. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker and problemsolver and can provide a portfolio of work related to the credit card and/or financial industry.
Skills: Edit and/or draft written responses to customer feedback and regulatory complaints
Review communications for spelling grammar punctuation syntax usage and consistency and adherence to Clients voice brand and style
Provide proofreading and quality assurance throughout implementation process
Support requirements and tasks around communication approvals and documentation
Collaborate with other members of team to establish and maintain consistency across communication; contribute to ongoing development of style guidelines
Education: Qualifications A Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in a highly dynamic fastpaced professional environmentcredit card and/or financial industry preferred along with familiarity with related legal regulations
Immaculate written and verbal communication skills with ability to focus on and identify the smallest details and errors
Ability to assess communications for user experience within customer journey
Strong critical thinking and ability to apply learnings across new and varied scenarios
Highly developed organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks (with appropriate sense of urgency) in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
Collaborative customerfocused mindset
Ability to tactfully and professionally communicate across all levels and areas of business
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) and/or Figma a plus
