Corporate Attorney -
Work from home in either Albany, NY, Rochester, NY or Syracuse, NY.

Established law firm is looking for an attorney that is eager to learn and has an outstanding work ethic to join their growing Corporate Department.

Here's what you will be doing:

Work with a multi-disciplined team of attorneys who provide specialized advice in areas that touch on their client's needs in business formations, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions, healthcare, banking, commercial real estate, and business succession planning.
Ideally, the estate planning services would include the provision of tailored estate planning solutions for business owners and high net-worth individuals.

Requirements:

NYS Bar required
5 plus years of experience in this area

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
