Job Details Job Location Olive Avenue Management LLC - Delray Beach, FL Position Type Full Time Job Category Human Resources Description Position Summary: This individual will support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules and facilitate the hotels payroll ensuring timely processing and compliance.

Oversees and maintains optimal function of HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance and upgrade to applications, systems and modules Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to all users Identify system improvements and enhancements and make recommendations and implement solutions Manage permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and setting for all users.
Compile data reports, summaries for senior executives and staff Responsible for completing year end requirements such as W-2s and 1095s Perform weekly Audit of HR processes and documents, including payroll, new hires, terminations, I-9, E-verify and benefits.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including garnishments and benefit deductions Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll, and wage and hour laws Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and ensure billing accuracy, proper payment is applied, changes are timely and errors are rectified Complete all employment verifications in a timely manner Update Principal and Textedly monthly to ensure data is reflecting what is in the HRIS system Audit new hires weekly to make sure onboarding was completed successfully Qualifications Qualifications: Education: High School equivalency Previous 2 years related experience Strong working knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws.
Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and excellent judgment in successfully navigating sensitive issues.
